Blue Ridge Beverage Co. coming to Oak Park Center for Business and Industry

A beverage distribution center that employs 45 will become the first tenant in the newest phase of the Oak Park Center for Business and Industry.

 

Blue Ridge Beverage Co. is building a state-of-the-art 54,500-square-foot facility just off the recently opened Oak Park Drive. In addition to announcing the business Friday, Washington County, Va., officials formally dedicated the two newest phases of the Oak Park development. Phases III and IV feature 327 acres including about 150 acres ready for immediate occupancy.
